We've got 500 municipalities in Arkansas, 495 of those already approved their ward boundaries this way, their governing bodies. This will just make it consistent. It's got the recommendation of the Arkansas Municipal League, the Arkansas County Elections Commission Association, and the Arkansas City Management Association.
