bill 1485 is a fairness bill there are two institutions in little rock i mean in the state of arkansas that provide law enforcement and fire training one of those can have a barracks to house their student and the other one cannot this simply allows them the opportunity at some point in time to build a barracks at their institution It will be there's no fiscal impact. They will use what monies they have to build this barracks.
