And we're gonna call this meeting of special language to order. Got a couple of housekeeping items to address. Personnel items will not be heard in this subcommittee and will not be listed on the agenda, non-codified personnel related language will be heard in the personnel subcommittee. Their agendas and related documents posted on the web prior to each meeting. The agenda is structured so that there are any items held over from the previous meeting, they will be disposed of first. Staff has sent an email to all members of the subcommittee,
including alternates and members who have items on the agenda. The email includes a link to the special language agenda. Meeting documents can be found on the General Assembly's website so members can access the information prior to the meeting. If any member is unable to find this information, please notify staff so they can provide assistance. So we appreciate those members who have decided to Delight us with their presence and uh just one other note on my behalf. It's a pleasure to chair this committee and along with Senate along with Representative Johnson. I was reading the
agenda got an upgrade, uh, but, uh, I believe it's been common practice in this committee if, if you're not in your seat and saying your vote

language that actually clean up language that we got wrong in the original appropriation, and this is to correct it so that it's going to be that they're only paying the 20, they, that they keep the 25% going forward and that the 25% stays all the time. And that's all this does is to correct the mistake we did.

you, Mr. Chairman. Uh, Senate Bill 38, this is, uh, this is, uh, correcting an issue we had a special revenue out of the state medical board last session that we spent sent to
the GME fund. This was $500,000. That wasn't set up to be done annually, but that was the intent of the medical board. So this clarifies that as long as the funding is available, they'll be taking $500,000 from their surplus annually and moving it over to GME and I'd be happy to answer
