is an appropriation for five million dollars to help build an Arkansas teaching veterinary hospital at the zoo in Little Rock. The hospital would support and partner with vet schools that are being built at ASU and Lyon College, which will be in Cabot. There's a need for these students to have options for places to go to perform their residencies where they'll work hands-on and learn practical and technical skills with animals, also a place where K-12 students could observe and take tours and be inspired to be the next generation of Arkansas veterinarians. The teaching hospital would help students in all of our districts who want to stay in Arkansas and become vets. And Mr. Chair, I'm prepared for questions if there are any. All right. Thank you for

an amendment. Senator? Yes, sir. From my chair, okay? Over here? Yes, sir. All right. I have an amendment address some of the concerns that Representative, former Speaker Shepard, had. On line three, we made it to read that the Department of Education letter notifying the department that youth organizations intend to comply with the act. Also on four, that has a record of fiscal accountability, a certificate of good standing with the Secretary of State. That's for both new starts or ones that have been in existence. And then on the match, we lowered the match to where it is a 25-75 across the board and also would allow for in-kind match so that they can utilize things that they may have on hand. And if there's a violation, it gets reported to ALC or Budget Chair. And with that, Mr. Chairman, I'd make a motion to do pass. We've
