motion thank you mr speaker to my distinguished colleagues i want everyone to know that this is a good bill. It will eventually save some
lives for children or people who are driving fast or doing something illegal in a school area. It is a secondary offense. When someone is doing something in a school zone such as driving fast or committing some kind of other act, then that's the only time that that person will be ticketed, they would have to do some form of an act first before they'll be ticketed for it.
Representative Burroughs, what purpose? State again, your purpose is rising. What's your point of order
that the motion is simply for reconsideration. We can only debate the motion. not the bill points well taken we are
debating the motion and not the bill all
