see on page one from lines 27 to 36 and then on page two from lines one to five we struck all that and just added some language from another bill uh beginning on line six on page two continuing to lines 13 on page two page three uh just including the uh 2012 i guess court cost schedule there that you see that uh It has court costs of $150 for DWI, DUI, and there on page three you'll see that if you have less than four ounces of Schedule VI controlled substance, $300 fine or court costs, and half of that's going to go into the Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Fund. And this was from Senator Pritchard's drug court bill. It included that language here, and that's all we did to the bill.

got a question. I'll accept that title with pride, Mr. Chairman. Is this going to – this isn't – right. I'm going to marry my other cousin down here at the end of the table. Now, Senator, is this going in any way to surprise our local sheriffs and deprive them of any money that they get right now from those fines? No, it doesn't do a thing. It's the same.

Okay. Thank you. That's all I got. Members, any additional questions? Seeing none, we have a do-pass motion by Representative Branscombe. Any questions? Oh, I'm sorry. Anyone in the audience wants to speak for or against the bill? Keith Cavans, do you have anything to say since you helped bring us back here? All right. Proper motion is due passed from Representative Branskin. Any question or discussion? Seeing none, all in favor of concurring and Senate amendment to House Bill 1859 indicate by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, no. Congratulations, Ms. Slinkert. You have passed your bill. Thank you so much. Thank you. We are not coming back anymore to this committee.
