Appropriation bills, that's a Monday, probably a week from Monday, I think if I'm right, okay. Also, March the 11th is the deadline to file any legislation, so that would be two weeks from Monday. So we are, I think we're over the halfway mark, at least by some measurements, and coming in for a landing, so keep those dates in the back of your mind. Work our way through the agenda. House Bill 1190 by Representative Hammer, he is not here. Representative Westerman is going to pass over both of his bills. House Bill 1038 by Representative Altus, you'd like to pass over. Thank you very much, friend. Representative Malone, would you like to run House Bill 1186? Again, Nichols passed. I think I'm just going to skip on down to Senate Bill 205, or was it 268? 268, okay. Representative Perry, you're going to present? Okay. If you're recognized, go to the end of the table and

present Senate Bill 268. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Senate Bill 268 is a clean-up bill from last session. Senator English brought it from the Senate in on that. On Sudafedron, we passed a bill last year that restricted the Sudafedron, and what we found out is the military IDs have an issue of scanning, so merely what this does is allow the pharmacist to manually key in the ID for a military ID. I'll take any questions. Okay, thank you. Are

Thank you, Mr. Vice Chair, members of the committee. Mr. Teague assured me it took him less than two minutes to get this bill out of Senate Public Health. I assured him that House Public Health Committee doesn't do anything in two minutes. But this is a very simple bit of bill. All we're doing is changing the name of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to reflect changes to the national organization. That's all we're doing. We're updating the state's name to reflect the new name of the national organization.

point. Senate, yeah. We're just doing our work up there, Bill. They've done their work, and I guess Senate, too, is, I guess, so is, we're just doing our part up. It is appropriate then, Mr. Chair. Okay. Thank you. As far as I know, it's before us. It's on our agenda. Any other questions for Representative Letty is there anyone in the audience that want to speak for or against the bill Representative Warlaw you recognize it's been properly it's been moving properly second that we do pass for this motion excuse me for this bill sorry Senate Bill 74 all in favor please indicate by aye those opposed your bill passes

on us if we're not careful. Okay. I don't think anybody else is here to run the remainder of the bills, somebody here to run something else that I'm not aware of. Okay. As a note, just for the committee, I was visiting with Representative Altus up here. There are several, this is a note for the committee and for the public, there's several bills dealing with fluoride. But my preference is to set those bills for special order on the same day. Just, you know, let's just do it all in one day and not drag that out. It's easier on the public and then probably easier on the sponsors, too, to kind of get everybody here and make it easy. So just to note, that's what I'm going to ask the sponsors of those bills to do, and hopefully I'm sure they will be amicable to that. I don't think we really have anything else to discuss So if there's no other members here With anything to discuss or run a bill We're going to go ahead and stand adjourned Until 10 a.m. on Tuesday Thank you
