Makes report three is tobacco settlement in the support gives a summary of income fund balances investments in actual payments to the state in on the second page all expenses by fiscal year l four is the seasonal services fund report initials phone balance in dispersements as well as expenditures of each agency supported by the fun. L five american rescue plan act report the first six pages of this report show requests that were approved by the state the balance of state fiscal recovery funds in the report is three hundred and twenty seven million the new balance after approval of items on today's agenda is three hundred and twenty one million that's the se take five point eight seven seven million for the fire train academy. On these seven page beginnings attachment aim those are funds that were seen directly to state agencies from various federal departments and on page twelve as touch with b and s report of funds were sent directly to institutions a higher education thank you any questions on this reports aren't seeing the members I just want to circle back to something the staps are the only one i'm going to give you a little context the last time that are thresholds were updated and I believe this is required by federal law was october of two thousand and twenty.
