We would have to have that meeting in order for that rate to officially kick in otherwise that rate would not be able to officially kick in even though approved by cms. When would it kick in so procedurally we do need to bring it in front of this body to be in in compliance however the date of approval bus cms is the date in which we can then became paying those rates but certain rules has final action in july so it doesn't matter about august council if that rule comes back from CMS and they bring it to the rules subcommitted in july it is a proved and adopted at that point that's the motion it was made understand that what i'm trying to void is a meeting in july for rules if we know that if that rate kicks in.
