Senate Bill 665 is an amendment to the Arkansas Security Act. It contains provisions to allow citizens that have accounts with investment advisors to pursue private action remedies when violations occur. The provisions mirror existing law in the Securities Act, providing remedies when broker-dealers and agents commit violations. It also adds insurance administrator orders to an existing list of bad past activity to
local bank. Now, we would say, well, some of those would not be insured, but what this does, it allows them to participate that out and only keep them out that would be insured by FDIC, and then other banks send them deposits where they've got the same thing happening there. What this bill does, it wants to add money markets and deposits to that group of types of accounts that we can have. The money market and deposits will make it much handier for the government entities to pull funds out to pay off contractors or whatever.
explain the bill. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I'm presenting Senate Bill 535 today. today. In the past, there's been a registry created called the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry. It's called CEDARS, and it allows government entities like municipalities or counties or even schools that get grants or bonds, and they can deposit those into your

that the grade point wouldn't be an advantage for the homeschool student in that the grade is given by a third party, issued by a third party, and the grade point for homeschools is not, so that could kind of even out by leaving in the leadership and everything there. So my guess I should ask, do you agree?
As I mentioned, I was in that meeting, and we did look at each matrix separately on what was spent and examined all of that. So that was a part of the review of it. But I was wondering, we've got your opinion of what this bill does. Mr. Wilson advises the legislature. What's your opinion? Does this bill meet all the numbers that are required?
Thank you, Dr. Kimbrell. I may have additional questions later.
And you said you were there and you heard all of that. And I know it was discussed many times. In fact, we even delayed the decision an extra 30 days there for people to make comments and things. So I just can't see why you didn't have a chance to tell us that

Is that kind of a little summation of the numbers there? Yes, sir. It'd be about two-thirds. They're having to take funds out of other matrices

But I'm asking you, in that meeting, numbers were given to us about how much each school spent for transportation. How many schools are adequately
funded for their transportation cost? are you asking for my opinion sir
