item D is a request from the Department of Higher Education for South Arkansas College in El Dorado. The request includes three growth pool positions as well as two swap pool positions from the higher ed central growth and surrender pools. The request includes two new food service supervisors and one new public safety officer as well as an institutional service assistant and a project program specialist while surrendering two positions. Review this request will increase the total authorized positions by three. The food services supervisor will provide leadership and oversight for dining services while the public safety officer will support campus security. The institutional services assistant will provide support for housing operations and project program specialist will support the coming p-card changes and expanding compliance requirements. approval. This is a reallocation of resources requests from the Department of Commerce. Commerce is requesting to move 17 positions from one division within Commerce to another within the department, and then they're also moving another 51 positions within Workforce Services from one appropriation within Workforce Services to another appropriation. The agency states that this is to consolidate and streamline shared services functions and ensure positions reflect programmatic needs. There's no increase or decrease in positions, only movement from one area of Commerce to another. Along with the position changes, they're also requesting to move $3 million in regular salaries and match appropriation within the department to support reallocation of positions. Chairman these are continuations these are requests for items that have been previously reviewed or approved by ALC or JBC personnel subcommittee during the interim the agency and OPM wish to carry these changes through uh into fy 27. item f is a request for continuation of both growth pool and surrender pool positions previously authorized these include positions at parks heritage and tourism state police and economic development item g is a request for continuation of op of an opm differential for classifications at disability determination for social security administration these differentials are provided for employees who take on additional cases over their normal assigned caseload based on their accuracy and effectiveness item h is a request for continuation of second language differentials at various agencies for employees who utilize the second language as part of their daily duties following an independent certification process used to determine determine their fluency level item i is a request for continuation of certification differentials for employees at parks heritage and tourism who have met the certification criteria for wastewater management duties item j is a request for continuation of on-call differential for employees at DHS, Agriculture, Military, and Veterans Affairs that are required to work on an on-call schedule and expect it to report as needed after normal work hours. Item K is a request for continuation of a hard-to-fill differential for positions at the Department of Correction and the Department of Energy and Environment. For the Department of Correction, these include various correctional officer positions, and for the Department of Energy and Environment, it includes positions responsible for inspections of facilities that deal in hazardous waste.
