for Walmart. Thank you, members. This is very brief. I'm going to give just a very quick overview, and Mr. Lindsey is here to answer any specific questions. So in 2021, we passed the INFORM Act, which placed requirements on Internet marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, et cetera, to verify the identity of third-party sellers and post contact information for those sellers on any product listing. Walmart, Home Depot, other retailers supported this legislation to help identify organized retail crime groups. And Arkansas was the very first state to pass this informed legislation. Over a dozen states have followed our lead over the next few years, which prompted the United States Congress to pass a slightly different version in 2023. So with the passage of the Federal Informed Act, We are merely updating our Arkansas statute, which started the process to conform with the federal law. So that is all that this bill does. Be glad to take any questions.
