Yeah Mr. Chairman Michael Lindsay, director of government relations for Walmart. Thank you, members. This is very brief. I'm gonna give just a very quick overview and Mr. Lindsay's here to ask any or answer any specific questions. So, in 2021, we passed the Inform Act, which placed requirements on the internet marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, etc. to verify the identity of third-party sellers and post contact information for those sellers on any product listing. Walmart, Home Depot, other retailers supported this legislation to help identify organized retail crime groups in Arkansas was the very first state to pass this informed legislation. Over a dozen states have followed our lead over the next few years, which prompted the United States Congress to pass a slightly different version in 2023. So with the passage of the federal inform Act, we are merely updating our Arkansas statute, which started
