Given the activity in Congress and the likelihood that we're going to get additional federal aid we wanted to go ahead and and have a really what is in effect a shell bill in place so that when and if Congress does the move to act and provide additional support for this state we would have appropriations by the. Okay Mr chairman it's a this was a miscellaneous federal grant requests for for federal appropriation authority with the Department of Human Services child care and early childhood education for ten million six hundred sixty seven thousand dollars there were no positions associated with it it is a hundred percent federal it is a grant for US department of health and Human Services to increase service for eligible children families with early childhood assistance. Follow up yes ma'am is that specifically for public schools and schools within the state of Arkansas early childhood systems. You know. I would have to defer to the agency Mr chairman. I'm afraid we do not have anyone from the agency that has that understanding the grant but we can absolutely get with the member before lunch today and get that question answered and make sure that that question is also made available the rest of the committee that would help thank god.
