As for that purpose. Thank you Mr chair is it okay if I do it from the stir sure okay. And so the amendment and says that we can call ourselves and the legislature can call ourselves in the special session and by proclamation of the Speaker and the pro tem or collecting signatures of at least two thirds and members of each chamber. And it also and states that we will have to put what's on the call so be structured the exact same way as and when the governor calls a special session will be specific items on the call and in business that we will deal with and of course we'll still have the same ability to once that business is conducted and by a two thirds vote of both chambers to extend the special session for fifteen days to deal with other business if we so choose that just keeps it consistent with the way that it is now. So that is the amendment. To this bill to this and Amendment constitutional amendment okay. Members you have any questions on this amendment. Senator English get off to I think she's awful okay all right. Do you have any questions at all on this I think it's been discussed that with everybody. Eight members for being here to take this up so we get it handled Fauria without any other questions at all I have a motion they do pass I have a motion do pass to have a second. Yes. Yes this is for the amendment. I have a second for the amendment. Any one of you here one second her motion for amendment. Well. How will. Wait I suppose. He what's in. Well. Yeah I don't have yeah but but I think this isn't a bit on expected in terms of The Committee after all we discussed. Staff could you get Senator English for me. Senator I just wanted you to be present for this so that we can have everybody here and have a quorum present from everyone so we actually have heard discussion on the amendment I don't know if you want to have a quick one or senator Davis want to quickly just state Senator English what it does now. And it just ensures that and for the legislature to call ourselves in the session that the Speaker in the protein can do it but also if we get two thirds signatures of both house and Senate and that we can call ourselves inspection in the special session and we have to state on the call specifically what issues we're dealing with. And all we're doing is voting on the amendment to the S. J. R. T. and will have to take a vote to move it on out so I have is there a motion on the amendment. I have seen a motion do pass only in that not do pass but a motion to adopt the amendment to S. J. R. ten for Senator English as a second for Senator Davis all those in favor say aye All opposed no. The amendment is adopted and so now you have before you as J. R. ten as amended any further discussion or would you like to make a motion on that. I have a motion do pass from Senator English as a second for Senator Davis all those in favor of S. J. R. ten as amendment as amended say aye All opposed no the bill passes thank you and we're Jr.
