Subcommittees at which public testimony is to be taken shall be open to the public and we welcome you here if you're a member of the public thank you for coming this morning No bill or resolution introduced and referred to a committee may be considered by a committee until at least one intervening day occurs between the date of referral and the day the committee meets to conduct their business therefore and it does say in the case of an emergency a two thirds of a majority of this committee shall be allowed to bring up bills for consideration at any time so at this time I'm want to respect this rule and we will not hear testimony on any legislation because neither of that legislation referred to this committee meets that twenty four hour threshold and with that is there any business to come before this committee at this time we're delaying put testimony in order to get the public enough access and time to be able to weigh in on any legislation that we consider before the committee. Is there any any business from any other business at this time I have a question so if two thirds of this committee decided to hear a bill we can do that is that correct means and is also the case for the bills that were filed yesterday you know what all the hubbub and everything if we wanted to consider a bill that was filed but not referred here could we also call of that bill get the two areas vote correct okay all right.
