chairman item C is a request for approval from both the Department of shared shared administrative services and dfna for a plan to provide special compensation award bonuses to employees in the classifications listed on page two of the request and this request is the handout next to your packet we've had an updated uh handout come in and so that's the one uh on your table that's not
in your packet um the employees will have worked on the specific projects and programs listed as S4 HANA, pay plan, onboarding, Ariba, and performance goals in the compensation system for both DF&A and shared administrative services. The plan for these bonuses must be approved prior to the departments providing them to employees. The process for these bonuses and awards are established in Arkansas Code 215-227.

D is a request for approval from the Department of Human Services for a reallocation of resources the department is requesting to move one social services supervisor expert from County Ops to the secretary's office, one program eligibility specialist from county ops to
aging adult behavioral health services, one DHS division administrator from developmental disabilities to aging adult behavioral health services, and one social services supervisor expert from county ops to youth services. This includes a transfer of roughly $180,000 between the divisions specifically for the positions transferred.
