There was a couple corrections that needed to be made. Representive Lundstrum agreed also this was the bill that apply the framework to the constitutional amendment that was referred out. So give me just a moment to review the amendment.

Basically it does set up the framework for lottery scholarship this allows it to start now getting that all
together I'd like to thank former Speaker same Broadway and a former Speaker Jeremy Gillam and Mike Rogers with at department of workforce for helping me put together just the basics to get this started. This is as it's written basically it just allows public private biotech and the junior colleges anybody that's offering a certificate towards a license and it also sets up the parameters for industries that are plumbing electrical healthcare and information technology to take part in this.
