Thank you very much. We have one official piece of business, but I'm going to first make an announcement before we lose everybody because I know everyone's probably going to be quickly dispersing. This will be our last meeting. We have been having it on the calendar to meet at the call of the chair, but at this point the chair is not inclined to want to call anything other than – anyway. But what I do want to say is that I want to thank Carol and Teresa for their great work that they have done for us. This has been a highly efficient committee, and I know if you've received the notices, you know that they have just stayed on top of letting you know even when we've had some last-minute changes. So I'd like – I know it's usually not appropriate to clap in committee, but let's just give them some applause. And I would also take the chairman's prerogative to tell you that we do have a card and gift for them, but some of you have not been getting with Representative Lundstrom to sign the card. So would you please do that if you have not done so so that we can go ahead and present that gladly to both of you. So thank you so much for y'all's support and your help. Representative Gray, I understand that you are running Senate concurrence

you, Mr. Chair. So this amendment essentially changes the definition of biometric data. It's meant to track a Louisiana definition and to standardize it across state lines. It's changing so that it gives notice, designed to give Arkansas AG notice at the same time notice is provided to consumers and other state attorneys general. I guess that's upon the data being breached, subject to a 45-day deadline for notice to be given after company determines that harm could have occurred. And the final change requires that information about the data breach be kept for five years, whether or not there was harm to consumers. lets us bring enforcement action if harm is discovered at a later date. And I do have the Attorney General's office here if

there are any questions. Well, I know they are eager and ready to answer every question that could come forth. Members, do any of you have any questions? If not, Representative Gray, you can make the motion for us to accept the amendment.
