as I was doing a little research to make sure I had the number right on the number of freshmen that were in that 2011 class again that number was43 What I noticed was up at the very top ranking member number one in 2011 was none other than Representative Fred Allen and you didn't have to go very far down that seniority list and you saw the name ofpresentative Tracy Steele. while there was a cause in their continuous years of service a
few years ago these two men have also reached the point of being term limited like those previously recognized these two gentlemen have given 16 years of service to the general assembly and for that we are very grateful they have been steady servants of the people who have elected them and have left a very positive mark of statesmanship on this institution and on the people of Arkansas would you please give them a sincere round of applause
