The second subcommittee is the Insurance Permanent Subcommittee, and that chairperson will be Representative Mark Perry. Vice Chair will be Representative Henry Hank Wilkins IV, Representative Murdoch, Representative Farrar, Representative Word, and Representative Copenhaver. And then the third subcommittee of House Insurance and Commerce is the Utilities Permanent Subcommittee.
