Your resolution as amended has passed. Thank you. We've got a couple housekeeping items. The first thing that I want to mention is we are going to have a committee dinner on Monday at Cheers starting at 6 o'clock at Cheers this coming Monday at 6 o'clock sponsored by our friends at College Communications.
The next item on the agenda, Speaker Carter has given me the subcommittees of Insurance and Commerce, the chairs and vice chairs, and the members of those. On the Financial Institutions Permanent Subcommittee, the chairperson will be Representative Frederick Love. The vice chairperson will be Representative Jeff Wardlaw. Members of the committee will be Representative Viviano, Representative Collins, Representative Williams, and Speaker Carter.
The second subcommittee is the Insurance Permanent Subcommittee, and that chairperson will be Representative Mark Perry. Vice Chair will be Representative Henry Hank Wilkins IV, Representative Murdoch, Representative Farrar, Representative Word, and Representative Copenhaver. And then the third subcommittee of House Insurance and Commerce is the Utilities Permanent Subcommittee.
And that chairperson will be Vice Chair Robert Dale. And then the vice chair of that committee will be Representative Skip Carnone, Representative Rice, Representative Barnett, Representative Wright, and Representative Vines. So those will be the members, chairperson, vice chairpersons of the subcommittees of insurance and commerce. With that, I've got one other thing.
We will be meeting on Wednesday at 10 o'clock here in room 149. Is there anything from the committee at this time? If not, do I have a representative? I'm going to recognize Vice Chair Dale. I just want to say here real briefly, we've got
