Thank you, Mr. Chair, the peer review subcommittee met Wednesday, January 29th, the subcommittee received reports, reviewed requests, and approved the following various temporary appropriations, American Rescue Plan Act appropriation infrastructure Investment and Job Acts appropriation and a restricted reserve fund transfer as noted in Section K OSP submitted 5 requests for ratification, which were reviewed. Uh, just In the fact of, of continuing to follow this and reading through the timeline on the, uh, Right analysis that'll be coming up in that says it goes, I think January through, what did I see? In mid-year or something like that. It will um. It will be about a 45 day period, January through April 7th. April. is when will determination be made for the next rate? Does that come later in the year. So once we have the returns from all the facilities, and we'll make sure we're doing follow-up, we do consistent follow-up along the way during the process to make sure they're turning in their information. Once we have those returns, our team will take the time to do the analysis with the, um, the group that will be reviewing those and I'm, I'm not certain which group will help us with that, but we have, we will have an actuary help us with that, um, that is about a 30 day process to get the initial. estimates, but I will confirm a def a timeline and we will report that back to this committee. I just, I hope everybody gets their. Their rights and timely. I know we had trouble with that at one time but hopefully those will come in we keep an eye on that. Thank you. Thank you. This is to continue existing projects to provide appropriation authority and the committee chooses to adopt this letter, it gives us permission to draft the bills in this letter, which will then be referred to this committee for their consideration.
