Um, so this bill is about excursion boats, um, a couple of years ago, we created an excursion train permit which allows uh groups that offer train rides to serve alcohol via uh, a certain type of permit. All this would do is take that existing permit and apply the same laws and restrictions to excursion boats. The reason for this bill is there's a group out of Memphis that does. paddle boat tours, um, they take 90 minute tours up and down the river. They serve drinks, they wanna be able to do this in Little Rock in our river, um, we just need a permit, uh, form that would allow them to do that. And so, uh, hopefully it would be a economic development tool that we could have here, uh, in other places where they want to do these excursion boats. Happy to answer any questions.
