Senator Crow, you have a bill. It's House Bill 1074, you want to present, present. If you would just recognize yourself, uh, members as you all know right now, the only thing we're hearing is, uh, uh, either trying to eliminate reports or bills that have no fiscal impact, and this one will have no fiscal impact, uh, by a report done by DFNA. Senator Kroll District 3. This is on the property tax relief trust fund. This is going to increase the threshold we have over the past
20 years taking money out of this for other things, and I do not believe when the taxpayers voted this in in 1999. This was their intent. They wanted it for tax relief, so this gets it from 50 to 3 quarters for us to take that money for something other than property tax. Ga pretty straightforward in questions from the committee. One thing, did you research just to make make sure with that higher thresh threshold that it's constitutional, no issues
there. Yes, sir. In fact, I think it's they said it's the same as appropriations, yeah. OK, yep, that would be correct. So anyone else? Anybody from the audience have Anything to say on this bill? OK, what's the will of the committee? I do past. We have a second. All in favor say aye. Can you pose like sign? All right, seeing none, uh, that's it. Senator Hammer, you have, Mr. Chairman, um, I'm not sure
what the chair's position is about pulling things off the deferred bills, but my bill, Senate Bill 200. Uh, the fiscal impact is ready and DFA is ready to testify that it's ready. Do I need to make the request just to move it up for the next meeting, or is that something we can handle today if DFA is ready to come to the table and say what the fiscal impact is. No, if if a Dana, of course, will get the fiscal impact to our staff, uh, if they'll go ahead and do that, we can put it on Monday and that would be for Wednesday's meeting, because we have to, we
have to show if I remember correctly, we have to have it. On the agenda, we have to have it on the agenda, OK, but we don't have impact statements. Sure, OK, so they're they're going to send it if I could ask for that to be moved off the deferred ones, the staff gets it and they're giving me the thumbs up they'll have it if we get it, it is a no revenue impact. What we'll do is put it on the agenda. We'll put it on the agenda at the start of the week, and we will hear that our plan on hearing that next Wednesday.
OK, OK. All right, thank you. Yes, sir. Anybody else have anything? just on my bill, we're going to probably drop this week. We're going to do a $100. Homestead credit out of that account. First time we've ever done that. We'll have plenty of money. I'm sorry, was that OK. All right. Anything else? OK, with that, we're adjourned.
