broke this. I broke it again. Thank you, Madam Chairman, uh, Representative Jack Ladyman, District 32. Uh, committee, uh, HCR 1009, uh, give you a little background on why, why I'm running this. Some of y'all will remember in 2023, I ran HB 1142, which is now Act 259, which created the Arkansas Nuclear Recycling Program. At that time, if, if you all were in that discussion, I said that there would be no Arkansas funds used to do this, and it's a big project that it would be federal funds. So, what this resolution does is it request our congressional delegation to uh to request those funds to implement Act 259. So there's a number of things in this. It's a, it's a long resolution, and I don't want to get into the details unless you want me to, but basically what it does is it ask our representatives and our, our senators. To request funds. be given to the Department of Energy to be used. For a rate study, a fee study. Which would put details in place to implement this program. So that request for $10 million sounds like a lot of money, but the, uh, nuclear fuel recycling, uh, Fund has received $51 billion. Over time since the 1970s, $1 billion of that fund came from the citizens of Arkansas through Russellville, so we're we're really just asking for our funds back. And it's just a request for our congressional delegation to request these funds. They would be used through one of our higher, uh, uh, Education units uh to to complete this program. So I'd be happy to answer any questions. Are there any questions? Signal questions. There's no
