R.J., he's not throwing one broke this. I broke it again. Thank you, Madam Chairman. Representative Jack Ladyman, District 32, Committee HCR 1009. I'll give you a little background on why I'm running this. Some of you all will remember in 2023, I ran HB 1142, which is now Act 259, which created the Arkansas Nuclear Recycling Program. At that time, if you all were in that discussion, I said that there would be no Arkansas funds used to do this, and it's a big project that it would be federal funds. So what this resolution does is it requests our congressional delegation to request those funds to implement Act 259. So there's a number of things in this. It's a long resolution, and I don't want to get into the details unless you want me to, But basically what it does is it asks our representatives and our senators to request funds be given to the Department of Energy to be used for a rate study, a fee study, which would put details in place to implement this program. So that request for $10 million sounds like a lot of money, but the Nuclear Fuel Recycling Fund has received $51 billion over time since the 1970s. $1 billion of that fund came from the citizens of Arkansas through Russellville. so we're really just asking for our funds back and it's just a request for our congressional delegation to request these funds they would be used through one of our higher education units to complete this program so I'd be happy to answer any questions are there any
