OK would be so. We had representative recognize yourself and you may proceed. I'm representing Mike Oak District 93,
and I'm here to run the amendment on House Bill
1845. And uh actually what it, what it does when it ran the bill we
were making uh e-signatures available to to do liens and y'all probably remember me running in committee liens and, uh, titles and I don't know what all, but somehow mistakenly in sections 9 and 10, it made it available for the consumer or for our constituents, however, it's not ready yet. So we're just tracking that language and just saying, uh, that it's not available, that it won't be available, it's a DFNA. has the, has, has made arrangements to make it available. I think I'm saying that right. Is that correct?
That is, that is correct. So that's all it is, it just, it's just not available yet and we're striking that language from the bill until
it is available. And so. Be glad to answer any questions, Mr. Nobody speak for or against an audience? Well, Mr. Chair, in closing, I just make a motion to adopt

Chair. You may introduce yourself and you may proceed. Thank you, Mr. Chair, committee, Trey Steinel, State
Representative District 2. So, I have an amendment here that's gonna strike some language to allow for electric vehicles, the Senate felt that this was as
electric wheels, uh, electric vehicles or UTVs become more and more common. We don't want to exclude them and this bill attempted to inadvertently exclude them, so we want to, uh, we want to be a good player and as electric vehicles continue to, uh, you know, crowd our roadways. We want to give them that. late ral So with that, I'll take any questions. Any questions from
committee? Seeing 9 anyone here to speak for or against the bill. Saying no Representative Steiner, you.
