And the concurrences are treated just like a new pass would be.
So he'll present it, and you can ask if anybody's signed up to school before he gets
in, and he can close and make his membership. Okay. Go ahead, Representative, recognize yourself, and you
may proceed. All right, I'm Representative Mike Ocrum, District 93, and I'm here to run the amendment on House Bill 1845. And actually what it does, when I ran the bill, we were making e-signatures available to do liens, and you all probably remember me running it in committee, liens and titles and I don't know what all but somehow mistakenly in sections nine and ten it
made it available for the consumer or for our constituents however it's not ready yet so we're just tracking that language and just saying uh that it's not available it won't be available and the dfna has the has made arrangements to make it available I think I'm saying that right is that correct that is that is correct so that's all it is it just it's just not available yet and we're striking that language from the bill until it is available and so be glad to answer any questions mr. any questions
from committee nobody speak for or against an audience well mr. chair
in closing i'll just make a motion to adopt the amendment motion do

So I have an amendment here that's going to strike some language to allow for electric vehicles. the senate felt that this was as electric bills electric vehicles or utvs become more and more
common we don't want to exclude them and this bill attempted to inadvertently exclude them so we want to uh we want to be a good player and as electric vehicles continue to uh you know crowd our roadways we want to give them that lateral so with that i'll take any questions any questions from committee Seeing none,
anyone here to speak for or against the bill? Seeing none, Representative Stimel, you're recognized to close. I'm closed.
I would make a motion to do pass. We have a motion to do pass on the amendment.
Is there any discussion? Seeing none, all in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed, same and like, aye. I'm hearing none. Congratulations. Your
bill is passed. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Thank you, committee. Thank you, committee. I appreciate you. It's been
a good committee to work with. We've
