I just want to clarify that in the interim we have worked with um energy to come up with an amendment that is acceptable, um Swepco has said that they are pulling their objection and the co-ops are also neutral, so with that, I think everybody is on board. We've all agreed to work in the interim to make sure that we are creating the best bill and doing what's best for the ratepayers. And so with that, I close and ask, or I'll take any questions.
