And they've had difficulty in in attempting to you know use the lemon law in order to take care of these problems that they have a persistent problems that occurs to a vehicle which would qualify otherwise with the lemon law and that's that's it that's what the bill does that the purpose of the bill is to go ahead and get rid of that no man's land and have our law go ahead and match up with the federal.
