All right. Chair sees a quorum. We're going to go ahead and get the Advanced Communication Committee going. We've got one Senate concurrence and one bill to run today, so I'm going to take the hot seat and let the Vice Chair take over. All right, Representative Makes, you are. All right, so I think the first item on the agenda is the concur and the Senate amendment. So what happened with this, we got down to the Senate, and one of the data providers raised some concerns that in the original drafting of the bill, it said that the law would apply to existing contracts. They were concerned about whether that could be done or not, so this amendment is to address that. and it allows them to come up with alternate terms in a contract on dealing with the data. So that's it in a nutshell. I'll take any questions. Bless

right. Thank you, Representative. So before we leave, this is most likely going to be our last committee meeting of the session. And so before everyone, after I gavel this out, I want to talk to the committee real quickly. about interim meetings and kind of get your preferences with those. And so with that, we are adjourned.
