This everybody's good with this across the board is a good movie to get the more exposure and I appreciate my two co sponsors who on this committee what that I'm closed. We have a question I I've got a question start with on the SS why would you leave a leave agriculture department go to the the tourism department well what is the logic behind that that's a great question chairman he'll you know I think of the Ouachita River as more of a hoax C. kind of folksy kind of place because I grew up on there the wrong side of a third Homer Grove but in today's modern society the washer river is a boon for South Arkansas for tourism go it's a place people go and fish they go to see the scenic hikes they go down there to those who want to get a good feel of the south Arkansas weather and it's a place that we need to expand and grow in to bring more commerce and tourism down to the great south Arkansas. Any other questions for the senator. Senator sample. Senator in my district the worst to river is very clear. It is not my district. So but I do agree with you that he should be moved to the Department of heritage and so it is muddy and dark and we love it down there because of that. And it's probably got that that. Dinosaur fish that you proclaimed a couple years ago alligator gar yeah because the house down there. The motion to express purpose we have a motion do pass there's no one here to speak for against the bill so if I have a second by a. Senator Gilmore. All those in favor. all those opposing sign. Senator your bill passed. What. Okay See Senator Clark is not here. Senator Leding. If they're working bill right now we're looking suspend the rules and running H. B. in nineteen oh nine. Yeah do we have a motion to suspend the rules. Motion Senator Leding second by. Senator back on. All in favor. Assets soon as they get the bill ready. That will will get get that president will take about a five minute recess. Would please a. Run your bill. Thank you Mr chairman of the committee for and soldiering us I'll be brief house bill nineteen oh nine to sixty cradle transparency when it comes to the cultivation facilities in Arkansas under current law investors these facilities part. Senator Greg Leding for the record district for represent all of Fayetteville Farmington fortunes Prairie Grove all agreement in a little bit West Fork. Under current law even investors in these cultivation facility to potential investors other economic development officials appointed officials like ourselves are not allowed to tour these facilities so the operators these facilities in order to create a transparency to be able to show their own investors what they're doing inside or to Greater transparency for potential investors or if we want to go learn more about the process they're seeking to amend the law to allow more people to be able to visit these facilities there are some guidelines in place the visitor must present a government issued ID they must wear a visitor designation at all times they must be escorted by authorized personnel at all times. You can't be a minor obviously and you have to have been invited to you can't just show up and say I'd like it to our positionally the cultivation facility will maintain a logbook recording the name address and purpose for each visit and visitor. It just to follow back on last week because of they do have to show a government issued ID to walk in they do okay thank you for that. Any other questions the committee.
