We're going to start just a few minutes early and the there's no one signed up to speak so I think that'll be fine in the Senator Dismang you are recognized to present Senate bill one thing men share of members of I think give it a chance to visit with most you about this bill you know the governor on may 19 issued a letter saying that we would suspend or in the emergency unemployment and there's multiple areas of this on June 30 and then also portion of it X. ended on June 27. It said that didn't feel as though that the year there was uh legislative authority granted for the governor to make that call so all this bill does is allow that authority to exist brings back to where I think all of us in this room even and then also the governor's office thought we were in last DHS to make that determination with that I'd be happy to take any questions are there any questions from the committee all right Senator Hammer you're recognized for a question thank you read chair did you consult with the Attorney General who always in on the development of this bill money center general on all those that were involved in the you know at a better understanding clearly than I do of the court case but I I think again this satisfies the concerns in that whether that be Attorney General's office or legal folks over at EW es are thanks any other questions from the committee.
