A and this is a the companion bill two years that we've passed out that's in the house this is so house bill ten oh one and house bill ten a one was passed by the house and referred to the Senate this morning normally we would not be able to hear this bill until Saturday under the Senate rules. but this Senate rule requires that one day interment intervening day occur between the date of referral and the date of the that the bill could be heard in committee but Senate rules seven provides that in the case of emergency a bill can be considered by a Senate committee with a two thirds vote of the committee I am making the motion to invoke this rule and ask for a vote of the committee to hear house bill ten oh one and it will take sixty votes to pass this motion and ladies and gentlemen first of all the chair sees a quorum and to again I'll be looking for six votes so I'm making the motion to have a second a second all those in favor say aye all those opposed the motion passes all right senator you are recognized to explain bill thank you madam chair and I appreciate you go through that process and that's helpful members the same bill that we heard yesterday there's been no changes or alterations just to swap and sponsors an origination on chamber of them we have to take any questions for any questions from the committee all right had a no questions from the committee have you a close for your bill yes all right a motion to pass all the and second all those in favor say aye all those opposed congratulations you passed your bill seeing no other things on the agenda we are adjourned.
