In the system we saw that among the issues that licenses are encountering were a lot of work flow issues not actual system issues and as a result we think that these trainings on an ongoing basis are going to be a valuable resource for the licensee's we also do on demand trainings for state employees such as inspectors and auditors so as new employees are brought on board we can provide them a training as soon as they have to grounds they can start inspecting and doing their jobs and and I'm man and educated way as soon as possible finally we've also committed additional resources to customer service and system fixes again we know that there is still work to be done but I want the committee to note that for any and is committed to our partnership with the state of Arkansas and we will continue to work with you the idea H. A. B. C. and the Arkansas cannabis community in the state to provide the best possible track entry system thank you again for your time and we look forward to tell the questions. Representative makes you have a question yes thank you Mr you'd mentioned the issues in your efforts to try to resolve those I want if you just give us an update on or summarize what are some of the current on going issues that you're still running into and what you see is a time line to try to get those results. Thank you for giving me this opportunity speak here so additionally the list of issues was reported as 66 from ABC we have worked with ABC to prioritize based off their needs and what they feel is a priority of the 66 items 41 are complete already a number of the items that are still pending requires some sort of follow up either between us in the licensee's or some feedback so there's 18 out of the 66 that requires some further dialogue between us and and the stakeholders we are releasing 5 tickets in the month of February above and beyond that I believe there's another 6 or so tickets that are still outstanding and above and beyond that initial list we've also worked and covered other things that we feel would be enhancements to the system so we have been working with the licensee's directly to to give them something because a lot of the enhancements and fixes were more geared on the the backside from the state's perspective and we wanted to do something that would they would be able to see and touch in their day to day experiences with the software so we are continuing to kind of work off that list we're hoping to have much of these issues resolved within the next 90 days or so we're hoping all right so sounds like the means the major issues have been resolved in our getting the more minor issues and your. Not necessary promise but your expectation is they'll be handled by summer times that reasonable yes Sir all right thank you thank you Mr. Who's in sweet 101102. Okay. There's nobody Center just feel you have a question. And the gentleman thank you for coming could you to explain the concept of ticket to me because I wasn't clear as to what that actually means going going forward yes senator so a ticket is essentially a way that we use to track either a bug or case request or some sort of issue it's given an ID number we referred to it as a case and that allows us document the specifics of whatever that situation is we're dealing with the I. T. issues are you talking about I. T. issues that are within this state because I know we don't have the greatest IT infrastructure in the world are you and are you encountering any problems as far as communication because of a lack of infrastructure as far as information technology is concerned. Not at this point not enter our thank you thank you for being here we appreciate you thank you senator. Members of your other questions well. Here I'd like to hear from. The representatives from the industry to see how they're feeling about this a new dialogue with that document would not be jail. Little bit of it Mr Pascoe what you have to pass or just tell us how we how they're interfacing what will I appreciate it thank you. I'm bill passed one the executive director of the Arkansas cannabis industry association and I do not run a dispensary or cultivation facility I talked to remembers they've had some dialogue with the folks from bio track over the last week and the chairman my board met with him yesterday and he reported that he thought it was very productive meeting and that he had given the list of things he thought they should work on and we'll we'll see how that goes but the communication between the track and and the licensee's is improved. I think that's wonderful because one of the things that we were encountering in the beginning was a lack of failing to communicate and that's one of the things that will preclude us from moving apace as we continue to try to monitor this industry and so John I appreciate you being here and thank you Mr chair for allowing me to ask questions one last point is the my chairman testified the last committee here we don't have a dog in the hot if this bio track or another company we just we want somebody that is there providing a service that we can work with them and it's good for the state and these guys are reaching out to us now the communications improved in we're fingers crossed that we can work through all of our issues in the coming days and we come back and tell you all all is well there is no perfect system though so I'm probably never going to tell you all as well but hopefully it'll get better thank you thank you Mr I appreciate it you're welcome and and I I did I related to the German table this morning how important I thought communications keeping the lines of communication were open if we don't communicate with each other whenever you're whenever get anything fixed and so that was my solution and I'm glad that it is this thank you deserve to have your group and Senator Chesterfield other members. Thank you all all seeing no other questions I think we've. Taking about is what year terms we need to so. Not hearing anything this meeting is adjourned.
