The if it is filed that doesn't mean that it's automatically put on the calendar the member who actually filed the resolution is going to be up to them when they want to calendar it. Now the resolution allows a bill to actually be filed which as you all know would require two thirds two thirds on that. A bill has to be filed appropriation or not a preparation within fifteen days of of this section starting so that resolution in all actuality I guess if it could be B. rand and passed on the fourteenth day. The bill could be filed which is says filed filed on the fifteenth day then at that point it's still going to be up to the member whether or not they want to calendar there bill or present their bill so that's kind of the process the way that works and if anybody has any questions on that I'll be I'll be proud to try to explain it further.
