If agenda but we'll start with the adoption of the minutes you should all of seeing the minutes do I have any comments on the minutes of not all accept a motion to accept Senator Hammer do I have a second on the far end representative Nicks all in favor of accepting the minutes of the February tenth twenty twenty two meeting please say aye. Okay now it's a strange day and I think it go needs a little bit a description Mr Billington and I have visited normally at this cycle of audit we used to have forty three or forty four state
agencies and the minor ones were done at the end of the cycle there audits well if you're familiar we close that down to fifteen whatever it is these days and so while they're doing the two major audits for the state as well we don't have small state agencies that need audited correctly are right now so what we have is we have five audit reports with basically no findings Mr Billington you want to say a few words here and then last for yeah that's a good explanation is he's here we're
coming off auditing the two statewide audit so that's kind of the timing of this and without all those little boards and commissions that we used to have those are the ones that kind of trickle through so we don't have those anymore so really all we have today is like I said we have five reports without findings and those you see those on page one I will add to for those of you that tomorrow we do have one ACT report on the agenda for tomorrow that's the teacher retirement system it's on tomorrow's agenda. So are there any questions I can imagine having a question over an audit report with no findings
but are there any. Seeing none I will accept a motion to file that these reports are reviewed Senator Jane I need us our representative Jean second from Terry Rice all in favor say aye. It passes our next meeting will be may twelfth twenty twenty two and you just attended the shortest state agencies audit meeting in the history of Arkansas I'm guessing so thank you. Hi.
I wonder why they all showed up so we'll put him under the light bright lights thank you very much everyone and we will see you and get through tomorrow.
