Well good afternoon ummharold Jeffcoat I'm superintendent of the Vanbuuren School District and appreciate the time that I can spend with you today. I am here to request a waiver as you know we we are able to use a cooperative purchasing agency for projects that we have and construction projects if they exceed a million dollars we have to seek a waiver and I have presented to you a project that we're doing it's a turf project and we would like to go with a a company that we've used in the past had a
lot of success with and we believe that the the pricing is the best that we're going to get even if we did go through any other type of procurement process. all right thank you Mr Jeff Coton
