If you would please take your seat we're gonna begin the meeting. we're here today so that we can look over the operable are pro rescue plan appropriations for elementary and secondary school emergency relief fund grants I believe if you don't mind would you give us an update. Thank you Mr chair on today's agenda is the eighth round of requests from the Department request for sixty four point four million to make grants twenty five school districts behind the request as a schedule as provided by the department shows the break out of the district's responses on whether their use of phone plans follow the AOC recommendations to use those funds for teacher retention strategies of those twenty five school districts one district have plans that were had a plan that met deals the recommendation. Eleven districts revise their plans to meet the LC recommendation and thirteen districts did not revised plans and justifications provided in the last call. Okay so my question would be I think we heard information maybe last week that we were nearing the end of these various plans that were being brought forth is there anybody that can that knows or can share with us how many more districts do we expect to hear from or do we lack before we've reviewed all of them I think staff is checked into that and they will give an update yes service speakers so we have twelve more requests that will be on the October seventeenth agenda and that will be the final round of requests.
