Mr. Thank you Mr chairman Saddam D. in your packet this is house bill ten fifty one by joint budget committee this is what is referred to as the general appropriation bill pays for judges expenses House and Senate interim expenses including the biennial Institute expenses. per the constitution this bill has to be adopted or enacted before any other appropriation bills. Mr okay thank you governor center number one I to me this is a request for supplemental bill to be drafted it It supplies the governor's office with ten legislative liaisons in two hundred twenty six thousand two hundred fifty dollars payable out of constitutional officers fun this is if it if this committee adopts this letter your staff will draft this bill and it will be entered sent to this committee for this committee to consider.
