J. Haak. Members of the House resolution that's before you right now is to recognize the 7 A. state football champion the Bryant Hornets who set a state record in consecutive state championship games you know this is the sum of never been done and I want to thank chairman **** because Brian had to beat his team to get to this point and so what we're and honor the entire football team in both the house and Senate if this passes through so I would appreciate you guys allow us to go thank you. I believe it was a little rock Central I had it and Barton and then Pulaski academy also they were though that Fortner so um Bryant's in modern time Bryant the only team to do it Central was lasting to get 4 plus you can as well. How many times it to be North Little Rock in that run to 5 of 5 years. All right I would now like to recognize our apartment here in buddy Johnson it's going to go over some things that will be coming up I believe that tomorrow with regard to our house appropriations thank you thank you Mr chairman and members commit graduation your point to this committee this is my favorite Committee no doubt about it. What what are your duties say is to oversee the operations of the House representatives and we in in doing that there are there to appropriation bills that that you will be involved in 1 is our session appropriation bill it will be on the cap on the house floor counter tomorrow and for your information it's the same amount as it has been since 2017. Is amended 2017 it was actually reduced from what it had been previous to that the the greatest a draw on that appropriation is member per diem and mileage for coming to the session it also includes funding for may and maintenance and operations supplies and for temporary employees so I serve our first up appropriation bill in the house the full house will consider that tomorrow our second bill as operations bill it is the appropriation that funds the our our staff positions primarily and it is in development it will be finalized soon and I will come back before the committee soon to present that to you for your consideration and at that time I'll explain to you the the nuances of it the Speaker has been very dutiful and in years past to methodically cut the Pro procreation amount I don't think he will do that this go around but he's been very consistent about cutting it in his the previous the fiscal year so again stay tuned for that and it I don't expect anything sub sub stance Lee different in at compared to years past but we always tweak it a little bit to adjust for for staff positions and and the lack so thank you Mr chairman any questions on the committee. And that's been consistent over the last couple the sale was cents 20 set up in 2017 in the amount of that was lowered. To the to the to the amount that that it is it continues to be today and and that I think it was lowered at that time to and in recognition of reduced. Well it it it it just we we look at the the numbers and realize we didn't need as much in it is is we had year beginning in 2017. We get a copy of the appropriations that were written with the floor of the floor we can do that okay. Yeah it was it saves house bill 1001 yeah and and then that's that traditionally it goes straight to the counter when we read and we read it twice yesterday and put it straight to the counter. But operations bill will come to the committee good deal yeah the the the current appropriation bill the 1 the I believe will be tomorrow's 1.975 and that was down in 2015 it was about as the 2.1 and change and so it was cut down to 1.975 and we held that 1719 and 21.
