We have a couple piece of business and I just wanna recognize a few people in the audience first is we need to adopt the committee rules and the chair would to seek a motion. Users have a motion the second to adopt the rules any discussion Sir Clark. How will the. Is that correct yes Sir hello. Closer to. The. The the chair will hear that motion lacks a motion any other discussion it basically Senator is. Yes I would like to mend the motion that we accept the rules as they are with the change being that. Amendments have to be in writing and less it's a technical 123 were. Press that we can do that here in the committee. And we have a motion seconded in to to reiterate Senator Clark motion is that something that should be non substantial but technical in nature what we sometimes call Scribner's error or or just a word or numbers in class I think everyone's got any other questions. A. All favor motion say aye aye opposed motion carried thank you and that will adopt the rules is amended. That moves out second second Senator all in favor say aye hi. Posed thank you so much we got the hard part done of I was asked by just get to. Remind you all and all of you serving legislature so you kind of know about this but the. These green folders are the bureau's way of keeping up with everything we're doing obviously if you need to pull some bill or explanation out of it but please leave the folder because they will keep us. Informed and by keeping these folders up to date so please make sure you don't take off the green folder of wonder do so just a few people in the room Mr Joe Montoneros with the cable communications former house member of. I'm sorry. I think you were yes of. The also. Is Alex Mytton Is with its attorney general's office now usually Rosalyn Middleton with the AG's office will be here but you don't know Alex will be the chief legislative liaison for the Attorney General and so you'll get to know her a lot better and let's see. All of the other people. Okay the rest once I did use would judges to reduce yourself is. This program also be. Okay okay welcome to us right. Right and Mister Steve you just came in as well. I see in our. Okay great. And I'll let one thank you know as as most of you know but just for the general general benefit of public care we are this committee on transportation technology and Legislative Affairs the houses organized a little differently their technology committee is is separate from transportation and my friend and fellow Faulkner County person representative Stephen Meeks is the chair of that as far as Legislative Affairs I asked the cook what that meant he cities anything we don't know where else to put we'll get it so it's kind of and whatever else is later ram so don't be shocked if you see something that doesn't make sense jurisdiction Lee but we can check with the our chief counsel's office and get an explanation of why it's the year of. Normally we're going to meet on Mondays at 11 here obviously is a city committee we got to have a little bit flexibility especially when things are going on in in in the A. B. committees that we need to know about but we should have the agenda is prepared at least 2 days before the meeting in most cases and sponsors will be given notification that their bills will be coming up. Sir Murdock yes Sir. I think we legislative black caucus meets at that time on Mondays. Is at a regular meeting yes Sir mmhm. Every other week. Everyone knows every week and yes we work to accommodate that and I'll speak with Jessica on the other shares that have there's other things going on it's like that again as a city committee we're kind of a different creature and we'll we'll figure out what will work it out okay okay thank you for bringing that to my attention Sir Clark. Senator Rice this question how the Journal tablet Senator J. Cooper mentioned in. Senate what about conflicts and and I guess. We need to get our speed dial set up and judiciary will be meeting I think Monday and Wednesday will start at 9 was judiciaire goes long it's just one floor down you know I can travel back and forth but we we definitely need to get set up of our numbers know what we can do that efficiently I don't know if you want to check to see who else I was conflicts on the committee well as you know Senator Rice Sanders Stubblefield as my seatmate and you just on the other side and so we will we will corner him and get that worked out so we can accommodate everybody and let me apologize in advance we are. Going to have to be as a city committee we may have to have a little bit more of a flexible schedule then the a and B. committees do but we will. We'll create a a text thread or whatever where I can text all y'all and instantly let you know that that that you know whatever's going on a sentence I know it always seem to get worked out but it is this will be a good start yes and and let me say to all House member station you have legislation another committees if there's some. Problem we need to shift things just a tad bit to accommodate shall let me know on everything I can to do that centers for it has been administered has been a committee of flexibility. Because as you said we are not intellectual persons will be flat you are. As we as as befits a solemn but a lot of changes upon adjournment so that are and sometimes is that. Depending upon what it is but we have been blessed not to have a huge agenda this may be different because we are technology and infrastructure technology infrastructure is going to be a great part of what we do going forward yes ma'am I want everyone on the committee I'm glad you brought that point up center and I do the. Sir board filed a bill this morning that will be considering at the next meeting of its I think a. Good bill it it has to do with correcting some old statute that I consider outdated but I let him president is bill next week when we meet and I will try to move through this agenda as quickly as possible so. I don't believe I have anything else yes his or anything else we need to cover any announcements or any anything from committees committee members. The amazing thing in the details all right well folks you'll have a great rest of the week in see you next week here in this committee and senator see you tomorrow morning after no other business committee stands adjourned. But. Okay. Okay.
