All right members of the church is a quarter we're going to Jr real convene the meeting of the city county local committee with that with a fairly short agenda before we start I do want to recognize my home county sheriff shut job governing seven governor thank you for being with us today. All right. Senator Hickey. You're the only agenda Senator. Have a seat you'll be recognized procedure bill. Recognized you're recognized center thank you Sir okay members I'm running a Senate bill seventy two. There's a little bit clean up language in here of course where we do the change department to division the meat of the bill of. It's going to be over on page two. What. Just kind of give you an idea of what's happening right now with the with the county jails if the sentencing order is is not received by them within twenty two days. If if the Division of correction does not receive that sentencing order within twenty two days the and whatever the a cruel is from the date of the sentencing up to when they receive it is not received by the county jails it's up to the prosecutors of whoever to actually get that sentencing order to the Division of correction so what this is going to do is called that money to a cruise. From the date of sentencing. no matter if they have it or not that the Division of correction is not going to be required to actually pay the money or to write the check until they receive it to make sure it's all right but again it will accrue it will go back to the county jails. I know that we normally don't do a fiscal impact in here but. I knew there was going to be a fiscal impact so the association county in the sheriff's department division of corrections that kind of work together you don't have to do this language but they also come up with a number it looks like it's going to be like four point four million six hundred sixty six six six hundred sixty seven thousand dollars per year is what the cost of the again I knew that as far as leadership no goes we'll have to have this whenever developing RSA. To make sure you know that we've got all those numbers in towards the end of the session so that's why we we have this little bit different and to get on the vision correction center the other day but. I appreciate a good vote all right members the members we questions. All right C. none is or anybody Senator Solomon. Okay. Thank you bye senator speak for against this body all right Senator you lose your bill yes W. motion got a second by Senator Solomon all in favor signify signify by saying aye All opposed thank you senator bill passes thank god I appreciate committee thank you all right members of saying no for but it's on the agenda we are adjourned.
