as one ratification and two rfqs on the first part of that packet you will see a letter from the osp director miss jessica patterson she states that all the contracts presented for your review today were found to have not been produced in violation of procurement law and they request favorable review. Additionally, they present the list of contracts for review today that were procured using the traditional or most advantageous proposal method. And finally, on the second and third page of this letter, they provide a training and certification program report, which

Speaker 8 10:11
item E1, that's on page 4 of your e-packet, There is one ratification for your review today. This is with UA Little Rock. And in the letter, the UA Little Rock states that in FY26, with their Center for Integrative Nanotechnology Sciences, they were purchasing proprietary bone material from a company called SigmaGraft, and they had a sole source by justification. But over time, that justification elapsed. And so when the purchases exceeded the review amount, the agency needed to make a couple more purchases. And so they are asking for ratification of those purchases because they needed to use this verified vendor for this purpose.

Chair. Thank you, Miss Katie. Is there anybody from Arkansas Tech? You can come up here. Introduce yourself for the record. Eric Walker, University Council. Thank you for being here, Mr. Walker. Can you explain to me contract or item three here you guys have before asked for smaller amounts come back and ask for like $250,000 amounts and now you're asking for the full amount remainder of the contract and that will take you out to 28 so I'm just curious if you've not done that before why are we

starting a precedent now so it's it's my understanding that the the division of enrollment management is seeking to expand the particular service and
