McClure, District 29. Let me catch my breath. I just ran from Mac B. Take your time. Basically, this is a Senate bill, I mean, Senate amendment to House Bill 1799. the Arkansas Municipal Power Association which I was not aware we had one is a group of utility providers for local cities wait, do I need to change something I'm just watching you guys, okay and they asked for some clarification on wording on page 3 and on page 4 they wanted to add a sentence just to make sure the utility providers in the cities, not like Intergy, the big ones, the local ones were covered. That's all it is. They did a great job. I'd appreciate that we pass it. I'm closed.

Okay. Colleagues, you've heard a description of the amendment. Any questions from committee? Seeing none. Oh, Representative. Okay. Seeing none, we don't have anybody signed up to speak for. or against anybody in the audience you'd like to speak for or against this amendment? Seeing none, Representative, would you like to close for your amendment? I'm closed for Bill, and I appreciate a good vote, sir. And since you are Representative Brown's alternate and she is not here, you could theoretically make the motion if you'd like. If not, Representative Carr is off. Okay, so we have a motion of do pass on the amendment. Any discussion on the motion? A motion to concur in the Senate amendment. Seeing none, all in favor, please signify by saying aye. Aye. Any opposed or none, we have concurred in the Senate amendment. Thank you, colleagues. And that will wrap us up for this session, everyone. Thank you for your hard work, and we are adjourned.
