Subcommittee to order. And glad to have you all here this afternoon for shaded and representative makes you have. just looking for the server with everybody on this of committee and I think we would be remiss if we did not wish Arkansas a Happy Birthday today Arkansas became the twenty for the state back in eighteen thirty six so Happy one hundred eighty seventh birthday to us saying. Class. You could say. Okay all right so we today when we have a very short agenda but one of things we have to do is adopt the draft rules FOR the review subcommittee coming up here and we made a couple changes here. We have a change on page two. And we deleted the even numbered from this section D. one. And that the set the situation is is that what we do is bring the A. What we're doing a into one group each year. So do I hear a motion to accept the rules motion. Second. Okay thank you all in favor say aye All opposed thank you okay next on our list is The okay if you look on the exhibit D.. This is the list of of folks who will be reviewing. I have a question. No no questions. So we will what we'll be doing is each each year instead of waiting until the and I'm sorry okay good have questions here. Senator I'm the representative Ladyman. Thank you for that motion appreciate that. Thank you for that promotion. I thank goodness. no the winner read this thank you madam chair So the first you will the group three and then the second we do two groups that right group one five yes we will be looking at two groups and we will be adding a couple of days if you look at the timeline on the on the back here is a timeline of when we'll be having on the meeting so what will be reviewing we had to add a couple of days because we didn't get to all the groups the last time so we have to add them on to this time okay thank you. Instead of waiting until December of the second year for recommendations would part of the rules we will be doing it in in November of this year a group and then of in the same thing the next year. Thanks a little bit easier so we haven't forgotten we're gonna be doing. So that on the back of that on the very back is that list of of when we're going to be having the the time one of the meetings. Which I think is very helpful. Tentative timeline. Everybody can put on their calendars then but we will have the two additional meetings to cover those groups that we didn't get to cut you all didn't get to last time or didn't get to. Some. Senator Rice. The manager of only the racing commission they've got down Many positions on a greyhound track is it or those not done away with. I believe we had a little discussion before. and I'm the previous there was discussion about the veterinarian which has some some things to wrap up I think in that at least testimony was that and then possibly going to be moving but in this if we're going to be reviewing the greyhound track it's not racing greyhounds. I'm asking a joke there to. Give us. Shall there be of Legislative Research and so this list that is here is a list that was previously provided by these entities and it's the list of occupational licenses isn't binding to them what will happen is when they come up on the schedule that you have and it's their turn they'll go into our portal and no actually submit to us a list of which licenses they are currently issuing and so at that time we'll have that and dated list and those will be the licenses that the subcommittee reviews. That would be the same way on the first anything on of. Racing or anything the commission what is this will be a chance for the update yes Sir okay thank you. Okay any other questions. Senator Johnson who made the. Thank you madam chair so. Just with regards to whether it's greyhounds or or something else when a groups licensee's comes up they can make a recommendation to us. To amend or Get rid of a license or what whatever needs to be done with that through this review process hi and then if we can. Just make sure that they know that they can make that suggestion to us so that we can adopt that as a formal recommendation for legislation the next session I. Any other. More any other questions in here. Well it looks like that is our agenda for the day that was. We have to have a motion here. Yeah so we need a motion for the proposed occupational author authors authorization entities for review so we just have Motion motion second on favor. Thank you. Image occupational F. entities review timeline we all agree on that or to lie here motion on them. Thank you this represented Ladyman second. Right all in favor. All opposed. Okay. And I've already said we need to meet in twice in August so that's what we'll be. You'll be notified. In September. Okay any other questions any other things today topics. Right thank you I.
