ALC-Occupational Licensing Review Subcommittee

Licensing review subcommittee we just have two recommendations that we need to go over today so should be pretty quick and painless hopefully. Senator english any thoughts or comments before jumping to this all right so we're gonna go ahead and get into this so we've got two recommendations we're gonna look at him one at a time we'll start with the recommendation under item number see the end that I will recognize senator english to go ahead and make that recommendation to the committee. Thank you so i'd like to make a motion to create draft legislation a motion for further development of this recommendation prior to inclusion in the final report. And this is the the one for the private employment agency in this is to repeal occupational authorization. Do you have any questions or discussion from the committee. Okay and that draft will include a few member last time the grey rehound racing is no longer needed and sell this as to authorize the repeal of that language from statute senator english has made that motion okay And imposed.
