I wish to congratulate you both on your election to the House and to express my regret for not being able to be with you in the Capitol this morning. you enter this chamber at an hour which Arkansans are particularly looking to leadership from their
state government. As I told the body in January of 2019 upon our swearing in we come here from the four corners of this state to do the people's business as long as we remember who we work for the people of the state of Arkansas and remember that this institution the people's house is not for us, I believe we have come a lot closer to meeting the expectations of Arkansans.
