The first amendment was to correct a technical error. The first part of that amendment left off, the original language left off the greater of the prior three-year ADM.
And so it left to the reader to determine which one to use. And so we cleared that up. The second part left off or gave an incorrect subdivision reference. It should have referred to subdivision 7, 1B7, but instead it referred to 1B6, so it corrects that. That's the first amendment. The second amendment, as Senator Hendren indicated, will soften the blow on some districts that meet the definition currently in statute of high growth, and that definition is essentially
a district that in the present year has experienced 4% or greater growth than the school year that is two years prior. and so at which time if a district does not meet that definition for two years then the district will go to the
